Our beautiful, log
lodge is located near Big Timber, Montana. The lodge is on a ranch that has been
in the Drange family since 1934. This cattle and sheep ranch covers more
than three thousand acres and is the perfect backdrop for your next vacation or special event.
Unique Log Lodge
Burnt Out Lodge is the ideal place to visit if
you're feeling burnt out. We have five distinctive rooms each with a private
entry and bath. All of the rooms feature handmade quilts and views
of the nearby creek or pond. Guests are invited to relax in the main
lodge, stroll through our hillside flower garden and visit the fish pond.
To top it all off, a hearty breakfast is included with the price of the
room.
Activities, Meals and More
Your days can be as full or as free and easy as you like. Guests are
welcome to see a real ranch and ask about our everyday activities.
This is your chance to learn about ranch life without a minimum stay.
Also you can eat your meals here or away on your own. If you have your own
horses and need a place to ride, we do have a corral available for keeping the
horses overnight. Let us know your other interests and we will assist you in
making plans and reservations for activities in the area. There are many day
trips you can take and use the lodge as your base camp. Visit our
